Pursuant to the Missouri State Statutes, Section 479.050, revised, and Rule 37.49 of the Supreme Court Rules of State of Missouri, the undersigned Municipal Judge of Velda Village Hills and Uplands Park Municipal Divisions, hereby orders that the following offenses shall be payable to the Velda Village Hills and Uplands Park Municipal Traffic Violations Bureau. No court appearance is necessary unless specifically excepted as hereafter set forth:
