Our Mission:

Velda Village Hills and Uplands Park Courts are Divisions of the 21st Judicial Circuit of the State of Missouri. It is our duty to provide both a process and forum for ensuring due process of law. It is our goal to do so by providing a fair and impartial resolution of municipal ordinance violations in a courteous and professional manner. Our court is open to the public. Velda Village Hills and Uplands Park hold court on the second Monday of each month beginning at 4 p.m.

Violations Bureau

The business office for both courts is located at 3501 Avondale Avenue, Velda Village Hills, Missouri 63121. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. The office is closed for lunch, 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. On court days, the court business office closes at 3 p.m. Doors open for court at 4 p. m.

Beginning with the September 13, 2021 docket,
Velda Village Hills and Uplands Park Municipal Courts will resume in-person court proceedings.

Covid Precautions:

Mask will be required in the court room, regardless of vaccination status. Mask will be made available, if needed. All parties are subject to a security screening. Precautions have been taken to ensure the safety of our guests. Your temperature may be taken if necessary. No food or drink is allowed in the courtroom.
